Ellen has been a teacher and mentor to over 2000 graduate students in counseling programs in Rhode Island as adjunct faculty in the Department of Counseling, Educational Leadership and School Psychology at Rhode Island College.

She has also served as instructor to over 800 public school teachers, counselors and administrator learning about college access.
